SB121-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB121-SA2,1,3 1. Page 5, line 4: delete “632.895 (8) (am) Every" and substitute “632.895 (8) (am) 1. Subject to subd. 2., every".

SB121-SA2,1,4 2. Page 5, line 14: after that line insert:

SB121-SA2,1,10 “2. If an insured has previously been diagnosed as having heterogeneously or extremely dense breast tissue, as defined by the Breast Imaging-Reporting and Data System established by the American College of Radiology, a disability insurance policy or self-insured health plan shall provide coverage to the insured for supplemental breast screening examinations for the detection of breast cancer without first requiring the insured to undergo a diagnostic breast examination.”.
