AB853-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB853-AA1,1,7 1. Page 3, line 8: after “commission" insert “, except that a candidate committee for a candidate for school board member shall file a registration statement with the commission and a copy of the registration statement with the school district clerk. No candidate may appear on a ballot for any elective office unless the candidate committee files a registration statement for each election at which the candidate runs for office".

AB853-AA1,1,9 2. Page 11, line 16: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 12, line 4.

AB853-AA1,1,10 3. Page 12, line 6: delete “2024" and substitute “2025".
