AB822-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB822-AA1,1,3 21. Page 3, line 15: after “security" insert “prior to issuing an occupational
3authorization".
AB822-AA1,1,4 42. Page 3, line 15: after that line insert:
AB822-AA1,1,7 5(4m) If an individual's employment authorization is withdrawn, the
6individual shall cease practice under the individual's occupational authorization and
7immediately notify the issuing authority.”.
AB822-AA1,2,4 83. Page 3, line 19: after “valid." insert “If an individual's employment
9authorization expires prior to the renewal date specified for the occupational
10authorization that the individual is applying for under state law, the issuing
11authority shall provide a credential expiration date corresponding to the date that
12the individual's employment authorization expires. An individual may renew a
13credential that expires due to the expiration of the individual's employment

1authorization by renewing the individual's employment authorization, notifying the
2issuing authority that his or her employment authorization was renewed, and
3satisfying any other requirements for renewal of the individual's occupational
4authorization.".
AB822-AA1,2,5 54. Page 3, line 19: after that line insert:
AB822-AA1,2,10 6(5m) An issuing authority may adjust the fees associated with an occupational
7authorization to correspond to the increased cost of collecting numeric identifiers for
8verification that are required under federal law. An issuing authority may only
9adjust fees under this subsection to recoup the exact cost of collecting numeric
10identifiers for verification that are required under federal law.”.
AB822-AA1,2,11 115. Page 3, line 21: after that line insert:
AB822-AA1,2,15 12(7) This section does not apply to any individual who is granted deferred action
13under the deferred action for childhood arrivals program of the federal department
14of homeland security following the effective date of this subsection .... [LRB insert
