1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

21. Page 1, line 2: delete “endorsement." and substitute “endorsement and
3modifying administrative rules of the Department of Transportation.".

42. Page 2, line 7: after that line insert:

5“ Section 2m. Trans 102.20 (2) (j) of the administrative code is amended to
6read:

7 Trans 102.20 (2) (j) “Seasonal employment” means a period of employment that
8does not exceed 180 210 days per year.

9Section 3m. Trans 102.20 (8) (h) of the administrative code is amended to read:

10 Trans 102.20 (8) (h) The license may not grant farm service CDL privileges for
11more than 180 210 days in any calendar year.”.
