AB685-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB685-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 4: delete “geese, quail, or guinea fowl" and substitute “ or quail".

AB685-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 3: after “property." insert “A local governmental unit may prohibit any keeping of fowl that is inconsistent with the condominium's declarations, bylaws, and rules on a property that is a condominium.".

AB685-AA1,1,6 3. Page 2, line 12: after that line insert:

AB685-AA1,1,7 “(e) Impose reasonable cleanliness standards.”.
