3with a county to quarter program participants in a county jail under this paragraph,
4the sheriff of that county shall approve, on a case-by-case basis, each program
5participant to be quartered in the county jail and the selected employer for that
6program participant and may return a program participant to a department facility
7at any time, for any reason. Any medical or pharmacy costs incurred by a program
8participant quartered in a county jail shall be paid by the department.".
