AB462-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB462-AA1,1,7 1. Page 5, line 21: after “expense." insert “If the department contracts with a county to quarter program participants in a county jail, the sheriff of that county shall approve each program participant to be housed in the county jail and the selected employer for that program participant on a case-by-case basis, and may return a program participant to a department facility within the first 10 days of a program participant's transfer to the county jail for any reason.".
