AB356-AA2,1,2 21. Page 2, line 10: after that line insert:

AB356-AA2,1,4 3“ Section 2m. 20.465 (3) (qs) of the statutes, as created by 2023 Wisconsin Act
4.... (this act), is amended to read:

AB356-AA2,1,75 20.465 (3) (qs) Grant program for incumbent local exchange carriers.
6Biennially, from the police and fire protection 911 fund, the amounts in the schedule
7for the department to provide grants under s. 256.35 (3s) (bx).”.

AB356-AA2,1,10 9“ Section 3m. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the day after
10publication, except as follows:

AB356-AA2,1,12 11(1) 911 fund name change. The amendment of s. 20.465 (3) (qs) takes effect on
12July 1, 2024.”.
