AB304-AA3,1,9 “(4m) Exception for existing contracts. Notwithstanding any operating limitation in sub. (1) or (2), and notwithstanding sub. (4), a permittee under this section that, before the day after publication of this subsection .... [LRB inserts date], entered into a contract to rent or lease the event venue covered by the permit may honor the terms of the contract and allow the event that is the subject of the contract to be held at the event venue if the event is held not later than 13 months after the effective date of this subsection ....
