ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 101

SJR101-AA1,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the joint resolution, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SJR101-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: delete “elections and" and substitute “elections,".

SJR101-AA1,1,5 2. Page 1, line 4: delete “election" and substitute “election, and requiring appropriations to fully fund all costs associated with election administration".

SJR101-AA1,1,6 3. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:

SJR101-AA1,1,7 “ Section 1m. Section 35 of article IV of the constitution is created to read:

SJR101-AA1,1,11 [Article IV] Section 35. At each of its sessions, the legislature shall appropriate moneys sufficient to fully fund all costs associated with the administration of elections incurred by each city, village, town, and county, and each entity in state government charged with election administration.”.
