SB921-SA1,1,10 “(2) This section shall not apply to any grant awarded to an entity that is required by federal regulations enacted by the centers for medicare and medicaid services to require any individual to furnish proof of having received a vaccine against the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, which causes COVID-19, as a condition of receiving federal moneys, but only if the entity does not require any individual to furnish proof beyond what is required under the federal regulations.”.
