1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

21. Page 2, line 5: delete “offers" and substitute “is distinguished by an
3emphasis on the offering of, or in which the predominant business or attraction is the
4offering of,".

52. Page 2, line 6: delete “performances." and substitute “performances, but
6does not include any of the following:

7 1. Health care facilities.

8 2. Institutions of higher education.

9 3. Nonprofit organizations.

10 4. Schools.”.

113. Page 3, line 12: after “165.71 (1)" insert “, and a poster distributed by the
12federal department of homeland security that provides human trafficking
13information,".

14. Page 3, line 16: delete the material beginning with “employ an" and ending
2with “victim" on line 17 and substitute “allow a violation”.

35. Page 3, line 18: after “offense" insert “to occur on the premises of the
4adult-entertainment establishment".

56. Page 4, line 14: after “establishment" insert “or interested person".

67. Page 4, line 18: after “establishment" insert “or interested person".
