SB678-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB678-SA1,1,5 21. Page 4, line 4: after “eligible farms." insert “In this paragraph, “watershed”
3means a watershed delineated by the U.S. geological survey using a nationwide
4system based on surface hydrologic features at the 12-digit basin scale (the
5hydrologic unit code 12).

SB678-SA1,1,6 62. Page 5, line 3: after that line insert:
SB678-SA1,1,7 7 Section 7g. 281.69 (1b) (br) of the statutes is created to read:
SB678-SA1,1,98 281.69 (1b) (br) “Producer-led group” means any group that meets the criteria
9under s. 93.59 (2).
SB678-SA1,7r 10Section 7r. 281.69 (3) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB678-SA1,2,311 281.69 (3) (a) A designation of eligible recipients, which shall include nonprofit
12conservation organizations, producer-led groups conducting producer-led group
13projects,
counties, cities, towns, villages, qualified lake associations, town sanitary

1districts, public inland lake protection and rehabilitation districts, and other local
2governmental units, as defined in s. 66.0131 (1) (a), that are established for the
3purpose of lake management.”.
SB678-SA1,2,4 43. Page 7, line 12: delete that line and substitute:
SB678-SA1,2,5 5 Section 19m. 281.75 (11) (a) 8. of the statutes is amended to read:
SB678-SA1,2,106 281.75 (11) (a) 8. If the claim is based on a contaminated private water supply,
7the contaminated private water supply is a residential water supply , that is
8contaminated only by bacteria or nitrates or both, and is not contaminated by any
9not by any other substance, except as provided in par. (ae) and the contamination
10does not pose a risk to human health
