SB49-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB49-SA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 10 and substitute:
SB49-SA1,1,3 3 Section 2d. 20.505 (1) (kt) of the statutes is created to read:
SB49-SA1,1,74 20.505 (1) (kt) Opioid and methamphetamine data system. All moneys received
5from other state agencies and all moneys received by the department from the
6department for implementation of the opioid and methamphetamine data system
7under subch. III of ch. 153.”.
SB49-SA1,1,8 82. Page 6, line 4: delete “heath" and substitute “health".
SB49-SA1,1,9 93. Page 7, line 18: delete “2022" and substitute “2024".
SB49-SA1,1,10 104. Page 7, line 21: after that line insert:
SB49-SA1,1,11 11 Section 4. Fiscal changes.
SB49-SA1,2,3 12(1) Funding increase; transfer for data system. In the schedule under s.
1320.005 (3) for the appropriation to the department of safety and professional services

1under s. 20.165 (1) (g), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2021-22 is increased by
2$1,500,000 to increase expenditure authority to accomodate a funding transfer for
3opioid and methamphetamine data system.
SB49-SA1,2,6 4(2) Data system funding transfer. In fiscal year 2021-22, there is transferred
5from the appropriation account under s. 20.165 (1) (g) to the appropriation account
6under s. 20.505 (1) (kt) $1,500,000.”.
