SB468-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB468-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 11: delete that line and substitute:

SB468-SA1,1,6 “(a) The production plant is no longer recovered through the utility's or cooperative's rates or, for a production plant owned by a qualified wholesale electric company, as defined in s. 76.28 (1) (gm), the production plant is no longer generating electricity.”.

SB468-SA1,1,7 2. Page 3, line 12: delete “sold" and substitute “transferred".
