SB364-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB364-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

SB364-SA1,1,3 “ Section 1d. 23.33 (1) (d) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB364-SA1,1,8 23.33 (1) (d) “All-terrain vehicle trail" means a marked corridor on public property, in a highway right-of-way, or on private lands subject to public easement or lease, designated for use by all-terrain vehicle operators by the governmental agency having jurisdiction, but excluding roadways of highways except those roadways that are seasonally not maintained for motor vehicle traffic.

SB364-SA1,1h Section 1h. 23.33 (4) (e) 3. (intro.) of the statutes is renumbered 23.33 (4) (e) 3. and amended to read:

SB364-SA1,2,2 23.33 (4) (e) 3. During hours of darkness in the same direction as motor vehicle traffic in the nearest lane unless all of the following apply: the all-terrain vehicle or utility terrain vehicle is operated on a designated and marked all-terrain vehicle trail or snowmobile trail, as defined in s. 350.01 (17).
