SB268-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after “recount" insert “and rental of private facilities for a recount".

SB268-SA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 11: after that line insert:

SB268-SA1,1,5 “ Section 1m. 9.01 (10m) of the statutes is created to read:

SB268-SA1,1,8 9.01 (10m) Rental of facilities used for recounts. No county or municipality may rent a private facility for purposes of conducting a recount in an election for state or national office unless the commission approves the rental.”.
