SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO SENATE BILL 208

SB208-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB208-SA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: before “minutes" insert “ draft".

SB208-SA2,1,3 2. Page 2, line 2: delete “24" and substitute “48".

SB208-SA2,1,5 3. Page 2, line 3: after “hearing." insert “The commission shall post minutes approved by the commission no later than 48 hours after the minutes are approved.".

SB208-SA2,1,6 4. Page 2, line 5: delete “preliminary" and substitute “ draft".

SB208-SA2,1,8 5. Page 2, line 8: after “each member," insert “including the full text of each motion debated and voted on by the commission,".
