AB588-ASA2-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB588-ASA2-AA1,1,2 21. Page 4, line 10: delete lines 10 to 12.

AB588-ASA2-AA1,1,4 32. Page 4, line 22: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
4page 5, line 7, and substitute:

AB588-ASA2-AA1,1,10 5“(b) 1. The commission shall prohibit an electric provider from restricting a
6customer from charging a fee to users who park near or connect to the customer's
7charging facility if the fee charged is a flat fee, is based on the amount of time a user
8parks near or is connected to the charging facility, is based on the cost or rate charged
9to the customer by the customer's electric provider, or is based on the amount of
10electricity the user consumes.”.
