ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 4

AB4-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB4-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 5: delete the material beginning with “under" and ending with “vaccines" on line 6 and substitute “ or drugs as authorized under s. 450.035”.

AB4-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 10: delete the material beginning with “under" and ending with “vaccines" on line 11 and substitute “ or drugs as authorized under s. 450.035”.

AB4-AA1,1,7 3. Page 2, line 15: delete “vaccines," and substitute “ vaccines or drugs as authorized under s. 450.035,".

AB4-AA1,1,8 4. Page 4, line 15: after that line insert:

AB4-AA1,1,9 “ Section 7m. 450.035 (2k) of the statutes is created to read:

AB4-AA1,1,12 450.035 (2k) A person authorized to administer a vaccine under this section may administer by injection epinephrine and diphenhydramine to a person experiencing an adverse reaction to a vaccine.”.

AB4-AA1,2,1 5. Page 4, line 17: delete “, or (2h)" and substitute “ , (2h), or (2k)".
