AB335-AA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB335-AA3,1,2 21. Page 1, line 2: after “cameras" insert “and making an appropriation".
AB335-AA3,1,4 32. Page 2, line 5: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2021-22 by
4$2,000,000 for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
AB335-AA3,1,5 53. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:
AB335-AA3,1,6 6 Section 2s. 165.87 (1) (f) of the statutes is created to read:
AB335-AA3,1,117 165.87 (1) (f) Take disciplinary action against a law enforcement officer who
8violates an agency policy or requirement by intentionally not activating the camera
9when required, by intentionally interfering with the recording of the data when the
10camera is required to be activated, or by intentionally destroying data in a manner
11that is inconsistent with sub. (2).”.
AB335-AA3,2,3 124. Page 4, line 4: after “rates." insert “If sufficient funds remain after
13distributing grant funds to applicants who do not have sufficient body cameras to

1equip each officer as provided under sub. (3) (a), the department shall award grants
2to applicants to upgrade body cameras, digital storage, or retrieval systems.
3Subsection (2) (c) does not apply to applicants applying for a grant only to upgrade.".
