AB191-ASA1-AA2,1,3 “ Section 13m. 70.015 of the statutes is created to read:

AB191-ASA1-AA2,1,5 70.015 Sunset. Beginning with the property tax assessments as of January 1, 2022, no tax shall be levied under this chapter on personal property.” .

AB191-ASA1-AA2,1,6 2. Page 6, line 18: delete “lessee or".

AB191-ASA1-AA2,1,7 3. Page 6, line 22: delete “lessee or".

AB191-ASA1-AA2,1,10 4. Page 6, line 23: after “fixtures." insert “For purposes of this subsection, “buildings, improvements and fixtures" does not include any property defined in s. 70.04.”.
