AB148-AA1,1,2 21. Page 1, line 3: delete “services and" and substitute “services,".
AB148-AA1,1,4 32. Page 1, line 4: delete “state" and substitute “state, and the unemployment
4insurance waiting period".
AB148-AA1,1,5 53. Page 6, line 5: after that line insert:

, is amended to read:
AB148-AA1,1,128 108.04 (3) (b) Paragraph (a) does not apply with respect to benefit years that
9begin after March 12, 2020, and before March 14 September 5, 2021. The
10department shall seek the maximum amount of federal reimbursement for benefits
11that are, during the time period specified in this paragraph, payable for the first
12week of a claimant's benefit year as a result of the application of this paragraph.”.
