AB121-SA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: before that line insert:

AB121-SA2,1,3 “ Section 1e. 454.04 (3) of the statutes is created to read:

AB121-SA2,1,8 454.04 (3) Before a person who does not hold a cosmetologist license under s. 454.06 (2) or a barber license under s. 454.23 (2) engages in natural hair braiding, as defined in s. 454.20 (12m), the person shall complete a training program approved by the examining board in sanitation, hygiene, communicable diseases, blood borne pathogens, and safety procedures if a client is cut.”.
