SB1-SSA1-SA4,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
SB1-SSA1-SA4,1,3 21. Page 3, line 11: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
3page 4, line 5, and substitute:
SB1-SSA1-SA4,1,5 4 Section 2g. 108.04 (3) (b) of the statutes is renumbered 108.04 (3) (b) 1. a. and
5amended to read:
SB1-SSA1-SA4,1,76 108.04 (3) (b) 1. a. Paragraph (a) does not apply with respect to benefit years
7that begin after March 12, 2020, and before February 7 March 14, 2021.
SB1-SSA1-SA4,1,11 82. The department shall seek the maximum amount of federal reimbursement
9for benefits that are, during the any time period specified in this paragraph subd. 1.,
10payable for the first week of a claimant's benefit year as a result of the application
11of this paragraph subd. 1.
SB1-SSA1-SA4,2r 12Section 2r. 108.04 (3) (b) 1. b. of the statutes is created to read:
SB1-SSA1-SA4,2,4
1108.04 (3) (b) 1. b. In addition to the period specified in subd. 1. a., the secretary
2may suspend the application of par. (a) for any period during which federal
3reimbursement is available to pay benefits for the first week of a claimant's benefit
4year.”.
