SB96-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB96-AA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 1: delete “60" and substitute “60 90".

SB96-AA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 2: delete “in a 1st class city and 90 days in any other city, town, or village".

SB96-AA1,1,5 3. Page 3, line 2: after “from" insert “receipt of".

SB96-AA1,1,8 4. Page 3, line 23: after “s. 70.47 (12)" insert “ , except that if the person has not received notice by December 1 of the year of assessment, the action shall be commenced no later than February 28 of the following year".
