SB6-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB6-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: delete “intoxicated" and substitute “intoxicated, making an appropriation,".

SB6-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

SB6-AA1,1,6 “ Section 1c. 20.005 (3) (schedule) of the statutes: at the appropriate place, insert the following amounts for the purposes indicated: - See PDF for table

SB6-AA1,1g Section 1g. 20.410 (1) (be) of the statutes is created to read:

SB6-AA1,2,4 20.410 (1) (be) Services for persons who commit 5th or 6th offenses of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. The amounts in the schedule to provide alcohol or other drug abuse treatment to persons sentenced under s. 346.65 (2) (am) 5.

SB6-AA1,1r Section 1r. 301.03 (2n) of the statutes is created to read:

SB6-AA1,2,7 301.03 (2n) Provide alcohol or other drug abuse treatment to persons sentenced under s. 346.65 (2) (am) 5.”.
