SB576-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB576-SA1,1,3 1. Page 7, line 19: delete “ratified by the electors" and substitute “ approved by a majority of the electors voting on the resolution".

Page 30, line 9: after “(5)." insert “After receiving notice from the department of revenue, a transit authority shall reimburse the department for the amount by which any refunds, including interest, of the transit authority's sales and use taxes that the department pays or allows in a reporting period exceeds the amount of the transit authority's sales and use taxes otherwise payable to the transit authority under this subsection for the same or subsequent reporting period.".
