SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 466

SB466-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB466-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: delete that line and substitute “a type of milk, granting rule-making authority, and providing a penalty.”.

SB466-SA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 6: after that line insert:

SB466-SA1,1,7 “(2m) Penalty. Any person who violates sub. (1) shall be fined not less than $100 and not more than $1,000, for the first offense; and for each subsequent offense, fined not less than $500 and not more than $5,000.”.

SB466-SA1,1,8 3. Page 2, line 15: delete “(1) and (2)" and substitute “(1), (2), and (2m)".
