SB446-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB446-AA1,1,3 21. Page 3, line 24: delete “submit at the conclusion" and substitute “ submit,
3by June 30, 2021,".
SB446-AA1,1,4 42. Page 3, line 25: delete “of the mission".
SB446-AA1,1,6 53. Page 3, line 25: delete “the funds" and substitute “funds provided under par.
6(e)".
SB446-AA1,1,9 74. Page 4, line 3: delete the material beginning with “expenditures" and
8ending with “mission." on line 4 and substitute “expenditures, including all of the
9following:
SB446-AA1,1,11 101. A detailed budget breakdown showing how all funding provided under par.
11(e) was spent.
SB446-AA1,1,12 122. A statement of the number of cases identified.

13. A description of all cases during the time frame funds were received,
2including current progress and future planned actions such as letters to the family
3or missions abroad.
SB446-AA1,2,5 44. A calculation of the cost to continue with additional missions, identifying the
5data and methodology used to make the calculation.
SB446-AA1,2,7 65. Identification of the amount and source of all funds raised for the cases that
7were in addition to the funding provided under par. (e).
SB446-AA1,2,14 86. A detailed description of the involvement of the federal department of
9defense in the mission, along with information identifying all other missions or cases
10on which the MIA Recovery Project has worked with the federal department of
11defense in the past and all missions or cases on which the MIA Recovery Project
12expects to work with the federal department of defense in fiscal years 2021-22 and
132022-23, including what arrangements the MIA Recovery Project has made with the
14federal department of defense to continue with future missions.
SB446-AA1,2,19 157. A detailed description of the role of University of Wisconsin System students
16in the mission or in connection with the mission, including how students were
17utilized to accomplish the objectives of the mission, whether involved students were
18paid or received academic credit or neither, and whether the MIA Recovery Project
19provided any classroom instruction or coursework to involved students.”.
