SB316-SA1,1,2 21. Page 1, line 2: delete “pregnant" and substitute “person in labor".

SB316-SA1,1,3 32. Page 2, line 1: delete “pregnant" and substitute “ person in labor".

SB316-SA1,1,5 43. Page 2, line 14: delete “pregnant" and substitute “ person in labor or
5postpartum".

SB316-SA1,1,7 64. Page 2, line 14: delete the material beginning with “A representative" and
7ending with “(d)" on page 3, line 3.

SB316-SA1,1,10 85. Page 3, line 10: after “injury" insert “or to ensure the safety and security of
9the person, the staff of the correctional or medical facility, other inmates, or the
10public".
