SB250-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB250-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: after “4." insert “ and par. (b)".

SB250-SA1,1,6 2. Page 3, line 1: delete the material beginning with “if the" and ending with “both of" on line 3 and substitute “if the court determines that it is appropriate and in the best interest of the child, the court, on its own motion, may order either or both of”.

SB250-SA1,1,8 3. Page 3, line 7: delete the material beginning with “The court” and ending with “the program.” on line 9.
