SB145-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB145-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 2: delete “and".

SB145-SA1,1,3 2. Page 1, line 3: delete “making an appropriation".

SB145-SA1,1,4 3. Page 2, line 10: delete lines 10 to 14 and substitute:

SB145-SA1,1,5 “ Section 3m. Nonstatutory provisions.

SB145-SA1,1,10 (1) In the 2019-21 fiscal biennium, if the department of administration requests under s. 13.101 (3) that the joint committee on finance supplement the appropriation under s. 20.505 (7) (kg) for the purpose of providing grants to shelter facilities under s. 16.3085, the committee may supplement that appropriation for that purpose without finding that an emergency exists under s. 13.101 (3) (a) 1.”.
