AB786-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB786-AA4,1,3 1. Page 1, line 5: delete the material beginning with “and making" and ending with “appropriation" on line 6.

AB786-AA4,1,5 2. Page 3, line 6: delete the material beginning with “From the" and ending with “the" on line 7 and substitute “The”.

AB786-AA4,1,7 3. Page 5, line 18: delete the material beginning with “no later" and ending with “this subsection" on line 19.

AB786-AA4,1,9 4. Page 5, line 20: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 6, line 2.

AB786-AA4,2,2 5. Page 6, line 4: delete the material beginning with “treatment of" and ending with “legislature" on line 6 and substitute “treatment of ss. 54.15 (8) (a) (intro.) (as it relates to any requirement for a statement as described under s. 54.15 (8) (a) 2m.) and 2m. and 54.26 first applies to petitions for guardianship filed on the first day of the 13th month beginning after the effective date of this subsection”.
