6No later than January 31, 2021, the department of health services shall, in the
7manner provided under s. 13.172 (3), submit to the appropriate standing committee
8in each house of the legislature with jurisdiction over health issues a report that
9describes all of the following regarding complex rehabilitation technology under the
10Medical Assistance program under subch. IV of ch. 49:
