AB56-SA1,1,8 “(13m) Grant to Incourage Community Foundation for an economic and community hub. From the appropriation under s. 20.866 (2) (zcw), the building commission shall allocate $3,000,000 for a grant under s. 13.48 (20m) to the Incourage Community Foundation, Inc., to assist in the remodeling of the former Daily Tribune building in the city of Wisconsin Rapids into an economic and community hub.”.
