ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 410

AB410-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB410-AA1,1,5 1. Page 4, line 11: delete lines 11 and 12 and substitute “services that are covered under the Medicare program under 42 USC 1395 et seq. for which the federal department of health and human services provides Medical Assistance federal financial participation and that are any of the following:

AB410-AA1,1,6 a. Telehealth services as defined under 42 USC 1395m (m) (4) (F).

AB410-AA1,1,7 b. Remote physiologic monitoring.

AB410-AA1,1,8 c. Remote evaluation of prerecorded patient information.

AB410-AA1,1,9 d. Brief communication technology-based services.

AB410-AA1,1,10 e. Care management services delivered through telehealth.

AB410-AA1,1,11 f. Any other telehealth or communication technology-based services.”.
