AB285-AA5-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 10: after “which" insert “, but not less than 24 hours before the time at which,".

AB285-AA5-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 15: delete “department.”." and substitute “department.".

AB285-AA5-AA1,1,5 3. Page 2, line 15: after that line insert:

AB285-AA5-AA1,1,6 “ Section 2f. 84.06 (2) (f) of the statutes is created to read:

AB285-AA5-AA1,1,11 84.06 (2) (f) All records and information the department submits to the joint committee on finance under par. (c), and all records and information derived from those records or information, shall remain confidential and is exempt from disclosure under s. 19.35. Any violation of the confidentiality requirement under this paragraph by a state employee is grounds for dismissal.”.”.
