2023 WISCONSIN ACT 60
An Act to create 118.33 (1) (a) 1. f. of the statutes; relating to: requiring one-half credit of personal financial literacy for high school graduation.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
60,1Section 1. 118.33 (1) (a) 1. f. of the statutes is created to read:
118.33 (1) (a) 1. f. At least 0.5 credit of personal financial literacy that includes financial mindset, education and employment, money management, saving and investing, credit and debt, and risk management and insurance.
60,2Section 2. Initial applicability.
(1) This act first applies to pupils graduating from high school in 2028.
