* Section 991.11, Wisconsin Statutes: Effective date of acts. “Every act and every portion of an act enacted by the legislature over the governor's partial veto which does not expressly prescribe the time when it takes effect shall take effect on the day after its date of publication.”

2023 WISCONSIN ACT 110

An Act to create 350.12 (4) (bg) 3. of the statutes; relating to: modifying administrative rules related to supplemental aid for snowmobile trail maintenance and granting rule-making authority.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

110,1 Section 1. 350.12 (4) (bg) 3. of the statutes is created to read:

350.12 (4) (bg) 3. The department may, by rule, limit the amount of aid under this paragraph to 5 times the per mile maximum for maintenance specified under par. (b) 1.

110,2 Section 2. NR 50.09 (4) (f) 3. of the administrative code is amended to read:

NR 50.09 (4) (f) 3. All counties qualifying under subd.1. are subject to a cap of 3 5 times the per mile maximum for maintenance specified under s. 350.12 (4) (b) 1., Stats., for all eligible snowmobile maintenance activities in the calculation of a supplemental snowmobile maintenance payment.
