2021 WISCONSIN ACT 206

An Act relating to: planning and design of a new engineering building at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

206,1 Section 1. Nonstatutory provisions.

(1) UW-Madison; engineering building. In the 2021-23 fiscal biennium, from the appropriation under s. 20.867 (2) (r), the building commission shall allocate $1,000,000 to conduct planning and design services and prepare a design report to construct a new engineering building at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
