2021 WISCONSIN ACT 186
An Act to create 301.03 (5f) of the statutes; relating to: records of battery in prisons.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
186,1 Section 1. 301.03 (5f) of the statutes is created to read:
301.03 (5f) Require the superintendent or other person in charge of each state correctional institution to make a record of any alleged violation of s. 940.20 (1) by a prisoner of the institution against a correctional officer or a teacher who is employed by the department. The department shall forward all records under this subsection to the law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the institution.
