2019 WISCONSIN ACT 89
An Act to create 343.61 (4) (bm) of the statutes; relating to: driver school offices in private residences.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
89,1 Section 1. 343.61 (4) (bm) of the statutes is created to read:
343.61 (4) (bm) If the department establishes requirements relating to driver school offices located in residences, the department may not apply those requirements to driver school offices in residences to which students and members of the public have no access.
89,2 Section 2. Initial applicability.
(1) This act first applies to an application for a driver school license received by the department of transportation on the effective date of this subsection.
