2019 WISCONSIN ACT 142
An Act to repeal 103.79 (1); to renumber and amend 103.79 (2); and to amend 103.67 (2) (d) of the statutes; relating to: minor golf caddies.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
142,1 Section 1. 103.67 (2) (d) of the statutes is amended to read:
103.67 (2) (d) Minors 12 and 13 years of age may be employed as caddies on golf courses, if they use provide caddy carts services.
142,2 Section 2. 103.79 (1) of the statutes is repealed.
142,3 Section 3. 103.79 (2) of the statutes is renumbered 103.79 and amended to read:
103.79 Minor golf caddies. The department may investigate and fix by general or special order reasonable regulations relative related to the employment of provision of caddy services by minors as caddies on golf courses. The regulations may include a waiver or modification of permit requirements for caddies. The investigations and orders shall be made as provided under s. 103.005. The orders are subject to review as provided in ch. 227.
