  • Born Takoma Park, Maryland, May 25, 1967; married; 2 children, 2 grandchildren.
  • Received GED 1985; University of Wisconsin–Fox Cities, 2008; B.A. in Urban and Regional Studies, University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, 2010; Masters in Urban Planning, University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
