Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On May 18, 2021, the Real Estate Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter REEB 24, relating to conduct and ethical practices of licensees.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 075-19, was approved by the Governor on June 4, 2019, published in Register No. 764 A2 on August 12, 2019, and approved by Real Estate Examining Board on August 22, 2019. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on June 17, 2021.
