On October 29, 2020, the Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers, and Professional Land Surveyors submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule affects Chapters A-E 1 to 13, relating to retired credential status.
Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this proposed rule, SS 036-20, was approved by the Governor on May 7, 2020, published in Register 773A2 on May 11, 2020, and approved by the Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers, and Professional Land Surveyors on July 17, 2020.
