Comments of Legislative Standing Committees:
No formal comments were received. The Assembly Committee on Mental Health held a public hearing on January 14, 2020, and the department subsequently submitted germane modifications in accordance with s. 227.19 (4) (b) 3., Stats. The committee took no action thereafter, and the proposed rule was referred to Joint Committee for Review of Administrative Rules on February 26, 2020.
