The purpose of this hearing is to consider public testimony on the scope statement under consideration. Interested persons are invited to call into the hearing and will be afforded the opportunity to make a presentation of their position on the proposed rule orally. Questions or comments about the scope statement under consideration may be posed and will be duly recorded. Alternatively, written comments may be submitted without attending the hearing. Written comments may be submitted by email to DOADPM@wisconsin.gov. Written comments must be received on or before June 25, 2020 to be included in the record of rulemaking proceedings.
