Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

On March 24, 2020, the Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers, and Professional Land Surveyors submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter A-E 5, relating to designer permits.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 022-19, was approved by the Governor on February 22, 2019, published in Register No. 759A1 on March 4, 2019, and approved by the Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers, and Professional Land Surveyors on April 23, 2019. A public hearing is required and has been scheduled for April 21, 2020.
